Welcome to inkl, the world’s best news app. See how we’ve changed the news in 210 countries.
The world of so-called ‘free’ news, especially on social media, is devolving into clickbait, fraud and celebrity drivel. It’s a competition to see who can capture the greatest share of your time everyday. In fact social media companies measure themselves on this statistic.
That’s where we come in. Given how fast things the world moves, and how busy we all are, no one can afford to waste time. So we created inkl for readers like you to unlock the world’s best news sources and stay informed – quickly, easily and cheaply. This means the biggest breaking news stories, without paywalls, ads, or clickbait.
inkl partners with the most reliable newsrooms on the planet; those who have a strong record of breaking the biggest stories, of correcting their mistakes, and of employing trained, conscientious journalists.
And the stories you see on inkl aren’t there to trick you into seeing more ads. We show you breaking news stories that the world’s top editors deem newsworthy!
We know you have unread emails in your inbox and unfinished jobs on your to-do list. This is a fast, fragmented, and bewildering world. inkl is here to save you time and help you make sense of it all.
Here’s some of what makes inkl the world’s best news app, and the last news app you’ll ever download.
No one likes ads. So we tossed them out.
No one likes paywalls. So we’ve worked with publishers to remove those too.
No one likes bias. So we show you multiple perspectives on each story.
No one likes being tracked. So no one else sees what you read on inkl.
No one has time to waste. So articles on inkl load in the blink of an eye.
Everyone likes good news. So we curate a playlist of positive stories to start your day.
Everyone likes discovering new things. So we also curate a playlist of ‘Our Picks’ for you.
Everyone likes flying cars. So you can follow your favourite topics (without creating a filter bubble).
Everyone likes good customer service. So we treat you the way we like to be treated.
