It’s super easy and delicious to eat whole food plant based with FIVESEC HEALTH! We have designed the app so that everyone can use it. It doesn’t matter if you already are vegan or want to start your plant-based vegan lifestyle, the FIVESEC HEALTH app will help you with inspiration and tools to make it easier for you. We believe in the 80/10/10, that most of the daily calories should come from (healthy) carbohydrates, 10% from healthy fats and 10% from plant protein. This because of the fact that our bodies are thriving on carbohydrates.

We constantly develop new easy to make, nutritious and delicious recipes. All recipes are well composed with as few ingredients as possible and with the most common ones. We focus on developing the best recipes suitable for everyday cooking so you can stay healthy every day and stay nourished the whole day.

Some of our recipes have video instructions so you can follow through the whole process of cooking. This will help you reach the expected result better while it sometimes can be a bit tricky to cook at home.
